Fee Structure & Payment Information
At AIM Inter College, we believe quality education should be accessible and transparent. Our fee structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and inclusive of the facilities, resources, and opportunities we provide to our students.
General Guidelines
- The annual fee structure is determined at the beginning of each academic year and is approved by the college management.
- Fees cover tuition, laboratory usage, library access, co-curricular activities, and other academic facilities.
- Any additional charges for excursions, competitions, or special programs will be communicated in advance.
- The fee amount varies depending on the stream (Science, Commerce, Arts, or AI) and class level.
Mode of Payment
We provide multiple options for fee payment for your convenience:
- Online Payment via the college website or payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer / UPI to the designated college account.
- Offline Payment at the college accounts office (Cash, Cheque, or Demand Draft).
Note: Payment receipts should be kept safe for future reference.
Fee Payment Schedule
- First Installment: At the time of admission/academic session start.
- Second Installment: Mid-year (as per the notified schedule).
- Third Installment: Before the final examinations.
Late fee charges may apply for payments made after the due date.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Admission fee and registration charges are non-refundable.
- Tuition fee refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the college’s withdrawal policy.
- In case of withdrawal, a written request must be submitted to the college office.
Scholarships & Concessions
We encourage and reward excellence. AIM Inter College offers:
- Merit-based Scholarships for top academic performers.
- Need-based Concessions for deserving students from economically weaker backgrounds.
- Special Fee Waivers for sports and cultural achievers.
